Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed to us.
Using the Email address linked to your account, we will send an email confirmation of your order within 2 working days of you placing that order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the Customer Service Desk ( 01299 827 360; firstname.lastname@example.org ) so they can make the relevant enquiries.
We will attempt to send stock items within 5 – 8 working days. Non-stock items will be much longer and you should contact the Customer Service if you would like an estimate of delivery times. Tailored items will be a minimum of 10 weeks.
Most orders are dispatched using a courier for next day delivery. Smaller items may be dispatched by Royal Mail second class post. The delivery charge is calculated automatically as part of the order process on this website.
