Returns & Exchanges
We will make every effort to supply the goods ordered in perfect condition. If you wish to Return goods for any reason, we will provide an exchange or refund as long as the conditions set out below have been met.
All Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, clean and have the original labels attached. You should use Recorded Delivery to ensure goods are not lost in transit or, if they are lost, you can make a claim against your delivery agent.
We cannot process any return without the Return Form included with the goods on delivery to you. If you have lost the Returns Form, you should call the Customer Service Desk on 01299 827 360 ( or email firstname.lastname@example.org ) to obtain instructions on what to include in the box with the garments you are returning. Do not return any items without adhering to this requirement as they will not be accepted back by us.
We will not provide a refund against products which are made to order or have been customised in any way unless we have not provided the Garments you ordered.
Except in the case of damaged/faulty goods/incorrect goods, customers are obliged to meet all costs of returning the goods and we will not refund the original postage costs. If the goods are damaged/faulty, please call the Customer Service Desk and we will arrange collection and return.
If you have requested an Exchange, you will have to pay a new postage charge and our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange payment for this before we will ship. We will not issue any items as Exchange until we have received the Original items and accepted them in accordance with the requirements set out here.
Customers within the EU have the right to return items up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. As long as the conditions for return set out above are met, we will issue a full refund together with the basic cost of postage for the items.
