Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return goods for any reason, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Complete the ‘Returns Form’, which will have been included in the shipment. Include the reason for return/exchange and outline any specific details to ensure it is clearly received upon return.
Returning items must be returned in the same condition as which they were received; unworn, clean and with the original labels attached.
Returns are at the cost of the sender. This is with the exception if goods are; incorrect, damaged or faulty.
We advise to use recorded delivery, to ensure goods are not lost in transit.
Please contact us as soon as possible if goods are; incorrect, damaged or faulty and we can arrange a collection.
Providing the items are returned upon the outlines above, we can offer a full refund for the goods. This does not include a refund for the shipping costs.
Please outline on the ‘Returns Form’ any items you wish to exchange.
The new shipment with the exchange items will be at the cost of the customer, and a member of staff will contact you for payment ahead of the parcel being shipped.
No exchanges will be accepted until we have received the original items, and they adhere to the returns requirements as listed above.

We will not provide a refund against made to order or bespoke garments, unless we have not provided the garments you ordered.
