How long do online orders take to arrive?
We aim that items that are in stock to be dispatched within 5 to 8 working days, if not sooner. Some orders might be sent as part shipments to avoid longer delays. Items are dispatched usually by DPD on a next day delivery service. To track your order, contact us.
How long do made to order garments take to arrive?
Bespoke orders will need to have time allowed to be made especially for you, generally speaking this process will take around 10 to 12 weeks. This will depend on cloth availability, and the size and nature of your order. To track your order, contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are able to send garments all over the world. We use FedEx to ship internationally, and we are able to provide a shipment quote ahead of dispatch. Unfortunatly, international shipments are not available through our website currently, so please contact our team for details on placing your order. For more information, contact us.
Can I collect my order from Lyn Oakes' offices?
Certainly, simply contact us at the office prior to your arrival so we can schedule an appointment.
Can I have my order be delivered by a Lyn Oakes sales representative?
For larger and more complex orders we always aim to deliver in person. We have sales teams covering the whole of the UK, so can arrange a delivery visit when the garments are ready. Our team will call you to arrange this to suit you and your team.
